Sleeping quarters will be in school buildings or gymnasiums.
Every person staying in the tournament quarters is required to carry a guest pass. The guest pass has to be ordered before the tournament. It is 8.50 Euro including taxes per day including bed & breakfast and the cover charge for the Players Partys.

Matresses and sleeping bags are necessary.

Over the day you can get fine snacks in all gymnasiums, for dinner please look for the IBOT-restaurants

A deposit of between 50.- and 200.- Euro has to be provided by the teams sleeping in school or small gymnasiums, which will be returned if the rooms are left behind clean and undamaged.

The guest passes have to be ordered until March 2nd, 2010. After ordering the guest passes, you will receive an invoice detailing the number of people per night and the total amount due. The total has to be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If requested, we are more than happy to assist finding hotel/youth hostel accommodations.
