Each team has to have a responsible person who looks especially for the under aged participants. Teams without responsibles are not allowed in the tournament accomodations.

In two gyms (DRS and BSZ Gym) resin is strictly forbidden. Using resin can cause the following consequences: Loosing the match or leaving IBOT. In PG and Mali Gym water soluble resins are permitted.

This tournament adheres to the current IHF and DHB rules. We play without time-out at penalty and in preliminary rounds without Team-Time-Out

Age categories are:
Male/female A 1991/92
Male/Female B 1993/94
Male/female C 1995/96

Match time is 1 x 30 minutes.

The first in the schedule starts the match. Also the first team in the schedule has to change the jersey if there are similar colors. If a team has remarked no or only one color this team has to change in case of equal colors. If a match can't be played because of the absence of jerseys in a different color, the match will be lost for the team who had to change.

A player is not allowed to play in more than one team of the same age category.

In each age category the steering commitee determins the "Best Player of the final match." 

Each team has to fill out a registration form with name, date of birth and jersey number of each player. Before the first game, the form has to be dropped off at the steering committee's desk. There's no limitation on registered players per team. For each team, only up to four officials are permitted. Each player has to keep his jersey number for the whole tournament. All members of the team, also coaches and other companions that sleep in scholl have to be registrated on this form.
For each team there schould be a responsable coach who is always reachable by mobile phone.

For valuation we first look at the points, after that to the  goal difference, after that the number of scored goals. At last it will be decided with a coin toss.

If two or more teams have the same number of points there will be the direct comparison. If the result of the direct comparison is equal we look at the whole group table with the above-mentioned conditions.

For group modes please look at the group tables . 

The best third will be determined by a transverse comparison. We look at placement, number of points, goal difference, number of scored goals in that sequence. At last it will be decided with a coin toss.

The coin toss will not be announced by the steering committee.

If a game is tied in the semi-finals including place 5, the winner will be determined through 7m throwing.
If a game is tied for Place 3 or higher, it goes overtime 1x 5 minutes. After that it will be decided through 7m throwing if necessary.

Referee calls can not be challanged. Objections won't be negotiated.

The repercussions of a disqualification are exclusion from all tournament games and a notification to the home Handball Federation.
