The Ladies and Gents in black make the world of a difference in a handball game. To us, they are VIPs as without them the game just won't take off.

For many players, past IBOTs have turned into unforgettable events. The same is true for referees. Many referees return every year to the biggest handball tournament in South Germany.

Our requirements are easy to fulfill:
- the referee has to hold a valid referee license and shouöd have experience in hihger leagues
- the referee has to umpire a minimum of 4 games a day (each 30 minutes)
- games can be refereed alone or with a referee partner

In addition to a ton of fun and exciting games, we are offering:
- Euro 30 per day for expenses
- accommodation and breakfast at the tournament quarters (in local schools)
